Study Details:

Duration: Approximately 10 to 15 minutes

Format: Online, consisting of 5 to 6 open-ended questions

Device: Accessible via computer or smart phone; computer or speech-to-text (e.g. Siri) on your smart phone is recommended

Structure: Questions are presented sequentially, simulating an initial screening interview scenario
